Returning to Los Angeles after 15 years on the East coast, an aging couple wanted to update and add to the home in which they had raised their family.  Special features included an elevator, wheel-chair access to all rooms, and a storage room for a record collection of 25,000 LPs.  Though the finished house was just under 2500 sf, it’s cliff-hanging location as well as the expansive views of the San Fernando Valley gave it an open and airy feel.
