This small 450 sf structure was conceived as a studio for a Hollywood photographer that could readily be converted into a guest house.  Due to a small lot size and restrictive site setbacks it is connected to the main house by a breeze-way to maintain its status as an addition rather than a free-standing accessory building.  The siting, orientation, and elevation of the building provides stunning views down the canyon.
