The Green Oak Writer’s Studio was designed as a place of solitude for a screen writer living on the edge of Griffith Park. The 16’x16’ space was laid out with maximum efficiency to function as both an office as well as a guest quarters when needed. Though it enjoys a prominent hillside location with views of Benedict Canyon, it also provides a great degree of privacy by way of a single multi-functioned corner window and carefully placed vegetation.
