  • Chew Residence Renovation

    Franklin Hills, CA - 2011

    with Bertram Architects

The Chew House, designed by a Chinese-American architect Eugene Kinn Choy in 1953, has been painstakingly restored to its former mid-century glory with a new redwood exterior, refinished interior paneling and casework, refurbished plumbing and lighting fixtures, and period-correct Formica countertops. The detached pool house was re-configured to accommodate an exercise room. Photos by Jack Coyier.  Landscape by Lisa Gimme.  Recent Photographs by Jack Coyier.
