The Shoreham residence is the result of two smaller condominium units that have been combined into a single spacious dwelling of 1600 sf.  Configured to maximize the abundant sunlight and striking views of the city below, it is rendered in gray stained oak and a muted palate of tile, plaster, and smoked glass.
